The Acquisitions and Asset Management (AAM) team purchases and sells real estate and related assets for the Agencies of the County of Orange. AAM staff serve OC Parks handling easements, encroachments, dedications, leases, licenses and operating agreements. AAM team members support strategic planning for the County’s Civic Center properties. AAM team members also work on revenue generating real estate projects and conduct research to support the Board of Supervisors in making sound real estate decisions.
